It's not usual for me to go to McKinley Hill in Taguig City just to have a food adventure but there's something about Lucky's Burger and Bar that made me said yes. Let's find out what this restaurant has to offer.
To start out, they served cocktails: Pina Colada and Lychee Smash. I like the latter better. :)

They served 5 pasta dishes: Aglio e Olio, Bacon Mac and Cheese, Spaghetti and Meatball Melt, Creamy Mushroom Truffle and Chicken Rigatoni. My personal favorite is their Creamy Mushroom Truffle. You can smell the truffle from a far and will make you attack the plate once it reaches your table. I can finish two servings! That's how good it is.

After the pasta, they served their signature burger, the Lucky's Burger. Lucky's Burger is a perfect layer of Bacon, Cheese, Lucky's special sauce, beef patty, lettuce, tomato and onion. I like how the patty remains its beefy flavor unlike others that you can taste the extender. Lucky Chops is a 2pcs. grilled porkchops served with buttered french beans, garlic and chive, fried rice and gravy. Buttermilk Fried Chicken on the other hand is a boneless chicken served with coleslaw, herbed rice and gravy.

Breaded chicken fingers has been served with skin on potato fries and honey mustard sauce. They also served chicken wings which is available with either buffalo or BBQ sauce. I love their Beef Salpicao as it is very tender it melts in your mouth. I can't imagine how long they prepared it to achieve that particular level of tenderness.

You can never be wrong with BACON! Amen? Here's Lucky's Bacon Chips. Perfect to pair up with beer or anything with alcohol. :) This is just heaven!

To cleanse the palate, I decided to order their Classic Mojito. They boast their usage of original and fresh ingredients just to prepare this cocktail. I finished 3 glasses during my visit. Haha.

Just like my other foodie adventure, it will never be complete without ordering their bestseller desserts. Lucky's Apple Pie is composed of tender apple slices and sweet cinnamon baked into a savoury crust topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. Brownie Mug is freshly baked chocolate brownie topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce. I prefer Lucky's Apple Pie. :)

Going to Lucky's Burger and Bar is definitely worth the travel from Pasay area and braving the bustling traffic will surely not matter after having a sumptuous foodie experience. It has been a roller coaster ride for my taste buds and if you'll ask me if I'm gonna come back, I definitely will with some of my friends for them to experience this too.
Lucky's Bar and Burger is located at Tuscany, upper McKinley Road, McKinley Hill, Taguig City and operates from 11 AM to 12 Midnight. Lucky's Burger and Bar is not all about its burger. The place has a lot to offer. Get lucky at Lucky's Burger and bar and get ready to unleash the foodie in you!
