Taking Gifting to the Next Level! #MerrySMChristmas2015 #SeasonOfGifting

Everyone's raving about Christmas. As we all know, -ber months here in the Philippines officially mark the start of the Christmas craze. Other countries even tagged Philippines as the country which celebrates Christmas season the longest. People say that Christmas is only for kids but as for me, it's for everyone. This is a season of giving oneself to others and also a time to anticipate the coming of the newborn Jesus Christ. 

I believe that is in giving that we truly receive. As Christmas is fast approaching, I laid out three (3) questions I wanna share my answers to you.

1. What is your Christmas wish list for yourself?

As I grow older, I come to realize that the best gift one can receive is not through material things. I find value more on the time well spent with loved ones, sharing stories of travel experiences with backpackers or strangers, trying out gastronomic and delightful dishes with foodies and updating on what's the latest buzz with dear friends. I can't bring all the earthly things given to me when I die though I still find value on the gifts given by people who matter to me. If you'll insist, here's my Christmas wishlist this year.

2. What are you Christmas gift ideas for your loved ones this year?

When it comes to giving gifts, I always make it a point that there's a "Leo" or "Kevin" trademark. I want my gifts to be personalized or at some point DIY in nature. I prefer to give gifts that would be perfect for one's personality as it will tell how close I am to a particular person in my circle. I come up with a list on some gift ideas that may be beneficial to you.

Christmas is a good time to give back may it be to the person who once helped you when you're in dire need, to one of your family members or to the community. This Christmas, as sign of giving back, I'll be running a contest on my blog featuring the brands that I've worked with for 2015.
