I just finished watching a Thai series which made me crave for some Thai food. In search for affordable and good authentic Thai food, I stumble upon Siam Noodle House.

I love mystery and having this walking way and a big door on the outside makes me wonder what's in there. Upon entering, you'll feel an awesome ambiance once you see what's waiting for you inside.

To begin a tasteful experience, I tried the Catfish Salad which is a perfect mixture of crispy catfish floss, shredded green mangoes and special Siam Noodle House dressing. Squid Rings with 2 dips show contrast between sweet and spicy. This is not your ordinary 'calamares'.

Experiencing Thailand is not complete if you haven't tried Pad Thai. Phad Thai is a stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a street food and at casual local eateries in Thailand. It is made with soaked dried rice noodles, which are stir-fried with eggs and chopped firm tofu, and flavored with tamarind pulp, fish sauce, dried shrimp, garlic or shallots, red chili pepper and palm sugar, and served with lime wedges and often chopped roast peanuts.
Khao Pad Phed Neua or Spicy Beef Fried Rice is love. Pad Gaprow Talay or Seafood in Basil is what I truly love in Siam Noodle House. It moved mountains while tasting this dish. 2 thumbs up!

I also tried 3 of there best noodle soup. Seafood Khao Soi or Seafood Green Curry tastes too strong for me from someone who's not a fan of curry. Kuaitiao Krok Kapi or Shrimp Paste Surprise is really a surprise. Kuaitiao Gai or Crispy Pork Noodle Soup is the best soup for me next to Tom Yum from Siam Noodle House.
