#FoodPH - Paradise Dynasty, Not Just Home Of Legendary Xiao Long Bao!

When someone say Xiao Long Bao, it's always Paradise Dynasty that comes to our mind first. Eight renowned xiao long bao, each with a unique flavor such as the original, ginseng, foie gras, black truffle, crab roe, cheese, garlic, and Szechuan, are proudly offered by Paradise Dynasty as a world-first. But this Singaporean concept restaurant is more than that!

Join me as we discover other dishes worth trying when visiting Paradise Dynasty.

This is the Chilled Baby Spinach with Vermicelli. This is the appetizer you want if you're seeking for something different and flavorful to start with. Due to its palate-neutralizing flavor notes, this may also serve as a palette cleanser. When I come back, I'll surely order this one.

I am surprised with this one. This is Chilled Sliced Pork with Minced Garlic and Soya. Aside from the cold cuts that are actually offered on the charcuterie board during wine night sessions, I haven't tried eating chilly slices of pork. The freshness of the thinly sliced pork was perfectly matched by the minced garlic and soya.

You will also love the Dynasty Crispy Chicken. True to its name, enjoy every bite of crispy coating with juicy and tender meat on the inside. This will instantly remind you of your favorite fried chicken when you're still young but with more character. 

This Deep-Fried Pork Ribs in Mayonnaise is quite interesting. This is a dish I haven't had at any of the places I've been to. The crispy pork ribs were covered in a mayonnaise flavor that was balanced by salt and a tiny touch of white pepper.

Stir-fried Beef with Kai Lan features a tender beef sautéed in classic Paradise Dynasty sauce poured over on a generous serving of steamed Kai Lan. Need not to worry about beef being to chewy as it's very tender. 

I know you're tired with the usual Garlic Butter Shrimp or Shrimp Tempura. Why not try this Stir-fried Shrimps in Spicy Bean and Tomato Sauce. It is not spicy at all but very flavorful. The shrimp is fresh and not the frozen one so plus points! You must not miss the Fried Rice in Shanghai Style because it's the best flavored fried rice I've tried so far! As they say, "Kanin palang, ulam na".

If you're not a rice lover but still want to try the Shanghai flavors, you may opt with his Stir-fried La Mian with Shredded Pork and Black Fungus. You may be reminded of the hot wok you used to see in Chinese cooking demonstrations by the smokiness of this dish. This is excellent!

Poached Sliced Fish in Szechuan Chilli Oil. This one is for you if you have a high tolerance for hot and spicy cuisine. Your taste receptors will be scorched by this sliced fish that has been poached in Szechuan chili oil. It will test both of your taste buds with the creamy dory fish and spices. Goodluck!

When we eat with a large company, it is always our custom to complete the meal with something sweet, like dessert. This is a red bean paste-topped pan-fried pancake. Given that it is just the proper amount of sweetness, this quickly became a favorite. Perfect way to cap off a delicious meal!
