Beginning this month of August, Business Class travelers on Philippine Airlines (PAL) flights to North America will be able to sample the greatest Filipino cuisine thanks to Filipino Chef JP Anglo. Chef JP's culinary masterpieces are available on the national airline of the Philippines' nonstop flights from Manila to Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Vancouver, and Toronto.
Chef JP, who is renowned for his inventive Filipino cuisine, opened his own eatery, Sarsa, in the Makati financial sector of Metro Manila. He just traveled to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to launch his brand-new restaurant, Kooya.

Chef JP took flight PR112 from Manila to Los Angeles to officially establish his exclusive partnership with Philippine Airlines. Chef JP prepared and served his famous dishes, Chicken Inasal and Bangus ala Pobre, while the PAL Boeing 777-300ER crossed the Pacific.In order to get ideas for his upcoming meals with Philippine Airlines, Chef JP will sample numerous eateries while in Los Angeles and explore the California cuisine scene.
