When was the last time you had fun? I mean, in the most real sense of FUN? Well, if you can't remember or if it was a long time ago, I got you covered! I am sharing with you our super fun experience at Villa Excellance Beach and Wave Pool Resort in Tanza, Cavite.
By 9:35 AM, the team departed from SM Mall of Asia, and we arrived at our destination at 10:48 AM. I was shocked by how quick and close our trip time was because I had assumed it would take us at least two hours. I am not complaining that we're in the resort earlier than expected because it means we have more time to explore. The resort staff members were friendly and helpful, and I could tell they meant every "Good Morning" they uttered. While we waited for brunch, we had the opportunity to explore the area.
Upon approaching the resort from the main entrance, the restaurant is situated in the area to the resort's right. The interiors were extremely cozy. The place was roomy and had just the appropriate amount of outdoor brightness. They gave us Sipo Egg, Crispy Fried Chicken, Pork Menudo, and Italian Tomato Pasta Soup. I didn't have high expectations, but it was a wonderful experience. Everything was mouthwatering!

Following brunch, we immediately proceeded to our rooms. The Suite Pool Villa, which has a capacity of 10 people, was the room that was given to us. A loft-style accommodation, it had 3 beds on the second story and 2 beds on the main floor. The outdoor jacuzzi in our accommodation is ideal for late-night bonding sessions. Depending on their budget and the number of people staying, guests can select from a wide range of rooms and villas. After taking a little break, we changed into our swimming gear so that we could finally explore and enjoy the pool.

The 7 Misfit Slide, one of the eight swimming pools, is my personal favorite since it allows you to race your pals down a three-story high slide. The wave pool comes in second, where guests can also enjoy foam while dancing to today's top tunes. We had the impression that we were in an international foam party.

We take a shower and get ready for supper at The Boardwalk after enjoying the pools. For visitors who want to eat dinner on the shore, a stage and tables have been set up specifically for them. A variety of meats are available to be grilled on the spot, and drinks include fruit shakes, sodas, beer, and alcohol. A comic show and a lot of singing opened the evening. We had a great time because it seemed like we were in a karaoke bar!

We had grilled bangus, Hungarian sausage, hotdog, chicken kebab, pork barbecue and chicken inasal. Of course we also had beer for drinks!

To draw additional visitors, there are numerous unique events held here on the weekends. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, fire dancers and fire lanterns are displayed. Even fireworks shows are held on some Saturdays.

After enjoying ourselves at The Boardwalk, we returned to our villas to speak about our blogging experiences and pretty much anything else. Together, we reminisced about happy times as well as the success each person has found in their particular field. About two in the morning, we decided to conclude our conversations and call it a night.
We began the following day with a breakfast buffet. They offer breakfast bundles, but you may also get one for P500. They had a wide variety of cuisine, and it was decent. They feature a salad station, soup and bread station, coffee and juice station. During our stay, they served rice, spaghetti, scrambled eggs, sausage, beef stroganoff, and chicken nuggets as main dishes. We explored the entire facility after breakfast and learned that it has a lot to offer.

We were given to a band performance before returning to Manila, which doubles as their welcome to guests. We were delighted to sit next to the owners for a great lunch while enjoying their company.

Overall, I had a great time at the Villa Excellance Beach and Wave Pool Resort! I had no idea there was a wave pool so close to Manila. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely comeback!
