#FoodPH - CRAFT BEER FEST 2024 in Ayala Triangle Gardens brings together the finest local breweries and craft community to the most anticipated summer beer event in Manila

The Filipino craft beer scene is set to reach new heights with the opening of CRAFT BEER FEST 2024, co-presented by AyalaLand, on May 3 and 4, 2024, in the Ayala Triangle Gardens in Makati City. Engkanto Brewery is the most internationally recognized local craft brewery in the country.

Engkanto launched its core collection in 2017 with the goal of giving the underserved market additional beer options. They are currently introducing seasonal brews, including the Flirty Flamingo Hibiscus Kolsch, while maintaining their commitment to using natural and local ingredients and brewing methods with a focus on continuous innovation.

Ten of the top regional craft breweries from throughout the nation will be joining Engkanto at the festival to present their best brews: Boondocks Brewery, Bulul Brewery, Cubao X Brewery, El Deposito Brewery, Mitchell's Backyard Brewery, Monkey Eagle Brewery, Nipa Brew, Papa Bolo, and Treeline Ales are among the breweries that are in the list.

Some of the local and international accolades of these homegrown breweries include the Asia Beer Championship (ABC) Champion Beer of Asia for the Summer Breeze Saison of Elias, ABC Gold Award for the Mocha Stout of Mitchell’s, and Brew King Philippines Most Creative Brew and Winning Brewery for Cubao X.

The two-day event will feature beer-tasting masterclasses by the brewers as the local market grows in appreciation of the art and science underlying craft beers. Additionally, guests can speak with them at the booths to expand their understanding of the quality of craft brews.

Traditional tattoo artists from the Kalinga highlands are coming for a special one-day tattoo session to help the local artisan community. Funk singer-songwriter Marga Jayy, seventies funk band Alyson, indie soloist Elton Clark, and serenading duet Leanne & Naara all provide their unique musical pulses. Local chefs, companies, and business owners are ready to provide their best foods and unique offerings to the crowd, adding to the excitement.

From the overflowing of fantastic craft beers, local music, delicious dishes, and unique activities, the fun spills some more with beer games, contests, and raffles.
