October is here, and with it comes an exciting initiative from the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management. This year, they’re launching the Student and Young Practitioners (SYP) Month with a theme that’s close to our hearts: Responsible Communication. What’s Happening?
The #NextInLine initiative is the star of this year’s SYP Month. It’s all about empowering the next generation of communicators to uphold and advance the standards of responsible and ethical communication. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s in store:
#NextInLine Rocket Forum: Kicking off the first week of October, this forum will feature a series of discussions and conferences. Expect actionable strategies and inspiring conversations about responsible communication.
Global Manifesto Signing: Participants will pledge their commitment to ethical communication. It’s a powerful statement of intent from the future leaders of our industry.
#NextInLine Hero Web Conference: Mark your calendars for October 29! This virtual roundtable will bring together young speakers from around the world. From recent graduates to industry leaders, they’ll share insights and ideas on the future of responsible communication.
Celebrating Excellence
One of the highlights of the month is the #NextInLine Responsible Communicators’ Recognition. Sixty exceptional young professionals will be honored for their contributions to innovation, social impact, and responsible communication.
