The holiday season is in full swing, and Alsons Development and Investment Corporation (Alsons Dev) is spreading festive cheer in Sarangani with the launch of the Paskuhan sa Avia Estate. The Paskuhan sa Avia Estate, which beautifully showcases traditional Filipino Christmas motifs, was officially launched on November 29. The grand event featured an exciting countdown to the lighting ceremony, followed by a guided walkthrough of the Model Village. Guests were treated to a heartwarming choral performance by the General Santos Youth Orchestra and Choir, adding to the festive atmosphere.

In the spirit of giving, Alsons Dev partnered with the Sarangani Home for Girls and Women, a government-run facility that provides shelter and rehabilitation programs for survivors of abuse and exploitation, as the beneficiary of its holiday celebration.
