HER LOCKET is not just any family drama; it's a critically acclaimed film that swept the Sinag Maynila Film Festival with a total of eight awards, including Best Film, Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress, Best Production Design, Best Cinematography, and Best Ensemble Acting.

Filipino-Chinese actress Rebecca Chuaunsu, who plays the lead role of Jewel Ouyang, has also garnered international recognition, winning Best Actress awards at the Festival International du Film Transsaharien de Zagora in Morocco and the Wu Wei Taipei International Filipino Film Festival in Taiwan. Locally, her performance has received rave reviews from critics.

Stellar Cast

The film features a talented ensemble cast, including Elora Españo as Teresa, the caregiver; Boo Gabunada as Kyle, Jewel's lawyer-son; Sophie Ng as young Jewel; and Benedict Cua as young Magnus, Jewel's brother. The supporting cast includes Francis Mata, Jian Repolles, Tommy Alejandrino, Zoey Villamangca, Norman Ong, Nellie Ang See, Angela Villarin, Ashlee Factor, Matthew Seaver Choy, Roberto Uy Kieng, George See, Rolando Inocencio, Atty. Heartfelt Storyline

The plot revolves around a Chinese woman suffering from dementia who, with the help of a locket necklace, gradually recalls memories from her past. This touching narrative promises to resonate with audiences and highlight the importance of family and memories.

Behind the Scenes

Directed by J. E. Tiglao and written by J.E. Tiglao and Maze Miranda, HER LOCKET boasts impressive production credentials. The film's cinematography is by Jag Concepcion, with production design by James Rosendal. It is line produced by Jane Danting and managed by Laugelie Gadon, with Sarah Pagcaliwagan Brakensiek and Ferdinand Lapuz as producers. The executive producer is Dr. Rebecca Shangkuan Chuaunsu.

HER LOCKET is also making waves internationally. It is in competition at the Jagran Film Festival in India, covering 18 cities from Delhi to Mumbai. The film has participated in prestigious festivals such as Marche Du Film - Festival De Cannes in France, London East Asia International Film Festival in the UK, 22nd Dhaka International Film Festival in Bangladesh, and San Diego Film Festival in the USA.
