HUAWEI is once again connecting innovation with community impact by partnering with Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) and DuckWorld PH to launch ‘Tour of Luzon: The Great Revival.’ This historic race, which first began in 1955, returns this year to rekindle national pride, regional unity, and wellness through sport.

Tour of Luzon 2025: Uniting Local and International Cycling Teams
The Tour of Luzon 2025 promises a thrilling showcase of global cycling skills and talent, bringing together the community and celebrating different cultures in one meaningful event. The multi-stage cycling event will begin at the heritage site of San Agustin Church of Paoay in Laoag City and end in Lingayen, Baguio City at Camp John Hay. The race spans 1,050 kilometers of diverse terrain over eight days, covering seven provinces from North to Central Luzon.
This year’s revival features 12 premier Philippine cycling teams, including the MPT DriveHub Cycling Team, and five standout teams from Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, and South Korea. A total of 119 cyclists, each team composed of seven riders, will compete for the coveted Perpetual Trophy and a PHP 1 million cash prize. The Individual Champion will receive a trophy, podium jersey, PHP 500,000 cash prize, and an all-expense-paid stay at Camp John Hay Hotels. The legendary “Eagle of the Mountain” title will return, awarded to the winner of Stage 8 in Baguio City for the final uphill race.
Additional awards include trophies and podium jerseys for the “Best Young Rider,” “Sprint King,” “Stage Individual Classification,” and “Most Combative Rider.”
